October 4, 2025 — ALMONT, MI — This month, Almont Community Schools welcomed Rachel’s Challenge back to campus, bringing students in grades 7–12 a message of kindness, courage, and connection.
Led by presenter Kirk Bell, the program shared Rachel Joy Scott’s story and challenged students to look for the best in others, speak with kindness, and lead positive change in their school.
Almont has partnered with Rachel’s Challenge since 2010, creating projects like Rachel’s Closet and student-led kindness campaigns that continue to make a real impact.
Thanks to support from local foundations, this year’s event reminded students that even the smallest actions can spark a chain reaction.
And in Almont, it already has.
