Rachel’s Challenge is seeking Seasonal Presenters to deliver powerful, scripted presentations to students and communities—transforming lives through the message of kindness and resilience inspired by Rachel Joy Scott, the first victim of the Columbine tragedy.

- You’re passionate about impacting youth in a meaningful way.
- You’re comfortable being on the road for up to 25 days a month.
- You can follow a script while staying genuine and connected.

Requirements
- Age 21+
- Valid driver’s license, passport, car insurance
- Proficient in tech and social media etiquette
- Pass drug screening, background check, and driving record check
- Available for mandatory training in Colorado
What to expect
This is a full-time, seasonal travel position. Presenters are primarily needed during our busiest times of the year—fall and spring—and typically travel 20–25 days per month. During this time, you’ll deliver 3–4 presentations per day, 4–5 days per week, to schools and community groups.
Competitive compensation starts at $4,000/month during your contracted season.
Please note: This is a seasonal role and not a long-term, full-time position. This position does not include benefits.
