March 18, 2025 – MANCHESTER, TN – On March 18, students at Coffee County Central High School were introduced to Rachel’s Challenge.
Following the assembly, students were invited to sign a banner pledging to take on the challenge. Principal Paul Parsley, who brought the program to the school with help from an anonymous donor, emphasized its potential to reduce negative behavior and improve school climate.
As part of the initiative, CCHS is launching a “Rachel’s Friends” club and implementing a “180 Connections” packet with discussion-based activities during homeroom. These efforts aim to increase connection, reduce bullying, and boost student well-being and academic performance.
“Our goal is simple,” said Parsley. “We want every student to feel safe, supported, and inspired to be their best.”
