Rachels Challenge
Media/Press Kit
Rachel’s Challenge is a national nonprofit based on the life and writings of Rachel Scott, the first victim in the Columbine High School shooting. Our K-12 programming stimulates academic and social-emotional learning by focusing on the connection between students, faculty, and staff.
We have delivered life-changing programs to over 30 million people since 2001. Our live and digital programs work in conjunction with a school’s existing programs to create a culture less susceptible to harassment, isolation, and violence. Eight school shootings have been prevented, and on average 150 suicides are averted every year based on voluntary reporting.
